Return Policies

  • No refunds on Marble & Granite. Natural Stone is subject to variations in color, that may or may not be the same as a store sample. 
  • Measurements are the customers responsibility. Ordering too much tile is not a valid reason for making a return. 
  • All customers can request a sample of a current batch of tile to insure quality and color. 

  • No claims after a tile is installed. If a tile has a defect it is the installers responsibility not to install all of the tiles. 

  • No returns on Special Orders. Special Orders are items that take more than one business day to receive and are non stock item.

  • No Returns for Glass Tile color variations. Glass tiles must all be from one batch of the same order#  to ensure color consistency. 

  • All Online orders are not refundable.


  • Damage material will be replaced. It is the recievers responsiblilty to make a claim within 3 business days. Photos of damaged materials, must be provided for any replacement to be issued. 


    Shipping Policies
  • When using a freight Carrier such as Fed Ex, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim against the carrier and not with Italian Tile Inc.
  • If a customer requests Lift Gate service on the delivery date. That customer will be charged for using the service if they had not already done so. A second bill reflecting the freight charges will be sent to the customer in which the additional charges will be applied.
